I explored three main forms. Hand illustrated gothic style dropcaps that feature grotesque imagery seen throughout the story. French fold pages that gives the reader a glimpse of the wallpaper pattern and evolving woman behind it. Foiled ripped wallpaper on the inside covers marking the narrator's descent into madness.
A visual exploration of the themes of gothic imagery, gender and paranoia told through various editorial, typographical and print techniques.
